Online Bullies Mocked Bride’s Engagement Photos – Now She’s Getting The Last Laugh.

It is an unfortunate truth that, even as body positivity is on the rise, many people are still filled with fear and hate for anything that goes against their own view of the world.

These people use the internet as their way to bash on others who they do not know because they can do it all from the comfort of their own home without ever having to face the ramifications of hurting the person on the other end.

A woman in Ghana experienced this firsthand when she was fat-shamed via Instagram. But her response to the haters is one that everyone should take note of.

It all started when Mzznaki Tetteh posted engagement photos on Instagram with her now-husband Kojo Amoah.

It’s obvious from the photos that the two are not only deeply in love but also incredibly cute together!

Mzznaki captioned each picture with a sweet little note about her fiancé Kojo without even having a single thought in her mind about what would come next.

When Mzznaki posted a photo of Kojo lifting her up in an adorable pose, the rude comments came pouring in.

Everything about Mzznaki’s life was slammed by these people who didn’t know her: from statements about her career as a nurse to the length of her future marriage.

However, instead of letting these online trolls steal her happiness, Mzznaki decided to laugh in the face of their hate and proclaim her joy as loud as possible. In the very next photo that she posted on Instagram, Mzznaki had these words to say:

“Still confident… your rubbish comments ain’t ruining my happiness…thanks to all for the compliments and best wishes…am honoured.”

Instead of letting the horrible comments have any effect on her life, Mzznaki continued to share her love for her future husband and even captioned another Instagram post by saying, “you are the reason why I smile and why our love thrives between miles.”

Kojo shared in an interview with Ghana Web that he was shocked when people started bashing his future wife online.

“To me, I have always been a fan of plus size women and I am so proud of my woman and I don’t care about what anybody says out there,” he said.

“In every society, there are people who will try to discourage you from things that you seek to do but I am not bothered at all. And I don’t regret posting those pictures…”

The happy couple just celebrated their one year anniversary this past June and are still flaunting their love and happiness for all the world to see.

We are so happy for them and know that if they can stand strong together against bullies, they can get through anything life happens to throw at them.
