Ellen Asks This 9-Yr-Old For Advice, Jumps To Her Feet After Hearing His Incredible Words On Being Different.

Little Ezra Frech is only 9-years-old, but he’s already been through a lot in his life. Ezra was born with one finger on his left hand and a leg that was curved; doctors amputed the leg when he was 3 and surgically moved a thumb to his left hand so that he could have two digits on one hand.

Despite living the past 6 years with a prosthetic leg, Ezra has come to be quite the athlete! He plays basketball, soccer, football, and more. “The [sport] that I love the most is probably track and field,” Ezra tells Ellen. “I set 7 national records!” Ezra was even one of the Sports Kids of the Year in Sports Illustrated.

“I’ve always loved it since I was a baby. I’ve always loved being very active, having fun, playing with my friends. But when I play sports I feel at home. I don’t feel different. I feel like I’m just one of the guys.”

His athleticism may have been what got Ezra on the Ellen Show, but it is because of his incredible words of encouragement that the world will remember him. Watch the video below to see Ezra bring Ellen to her feet with his incredible advice.
