Young artist Jackie Evancho is showing her talent with an incredible version of a hit track from The Hunger Games.
Evancho originally rose to stardom on America’s Got Talent in 2010 when she was just 10 years old. This song, written by Taylor Swift, has been covered countless times. This rendition is simply beautiful.
With almost one million views on YouTube, “Safe & Sound” is a perfectly written song. But it’s not easy to sing it in the way it was intended.
It takes incredibly vocal control, confidence and the ability to evoke emotion with every word. The lyrics themselves are filled with meaning. But it’s clear that Jackie holds those qualities. She has grace and poise as she performs the song.
