Pink And Her Dad Play Heart-Wrenching Song He Wrote While Serving In Vietnam

With over 136 million albums sold worldwide, P!nk is one of the top female recording artists of all time. Her edgy style resonated with millennials all over the world and her fan base is still very much alive in pop culture today.

P!nk gives one person credit for the love she has for music: her first rock star and awesome dad, Jim Moore. During a sold out show in NYC, she stopped the concert mid-set, telling her fans a little bit about her father before letting them in on a big suprise. The Vietnam vet had written a song while deployed overseas, and he was about to sing it live with his daughter for the first time ever in front of a crowd.

“He wrote a song about forty years ago in Vietnam…and tonight…the first time my dad’s ever performed in front of a group is going to be right now,”Pink said.

The moment obviously meant the world to Moore, and judging by the P!nk’s reaction, it was a moment she’ll never forget. You can tell by their interaction that it brought back memories of playing music together when P!nk was a little girl.

Without further adieu, I give you “I Have Seen The Rain.†
