The Inflatable T. Rex Hula Hoop Dance You Didn’t Know You Needed

A person in a T. rex costume dancing with a hoop.

It takes a lot of talent to look this graceful while wearing an inflatable T. rex costume! In possibly the best video you’ll see all day, one acrobat decided to put their skills to the test by donning a hilariously inconvenient outfit. Dressed in the bulkiest dinosaur getup, the performer completed a truly impressive feat with a giant hoop. Somehow, they managed to grip the apparatus with their hands and feet for an elegant twirl around the room!

This is one of those things that you really have to see in order to believe. So, take a moment to watch the amazing video below. We’ll wait.

Isn’t that incredible? We have no idea how this person managed to maintain their balance while wearing an inflatable T. rex costume, but we’re very impressed! What makes this video even better is that the theme from Jurassic Park is playing in the background.

Funny enough, performing athletic feats while wearing cumbersome, inflatable T. rex costumes isn’t as rare as you might think. A quick search on social media brings up tons of hilarious videos from ambitious folks looking to up the difficulty level on their physical activities. And, of course, make people laugh!

For example, if you think playing hockey is tough, imagine trying to hit the puck from inside one of these puffy costumes. Well, actually, you don’t have to imagine. You can just watch this video instead.

Here’s another physical activity that can be made 100% harder (and funnier) by wearing an inflatable T. rex costume. One school apparently has students participate in an annual race with an important rule: everyone has to dress up in an inflatable suit of some kind! The results are exactly as hilarious as you would expect.
