When Fernando Daniel took the stage to audition for The Voice Portugal’s fourth season, his talent was apparent from the first note. Judges Maria Liz and Mickael Carreria slammed their buzzers within the first second, followed seconds later by Aurea.
Before he even reached the chorus, 20-year-old Fernando was a star.
The lone holdout, Anselmo Ralph, waited until the song was nearly complete before joining his panelists, adding suspense to an already memorable audition.

When the performance wrapped up, the entire audience was standing in applause. Liz even strode across the stage in near disbelief to embrace the young singer.

Not surprisingly, he went on to win the fourth season of the reality show, which first began airing in 2011.
