Elementary school art class was a time for creativity and motor skills practice. Usually, the teacher would make a beautiful piece of art, and all the kids would need to replicate it.

This amazing teacher set out to show her kids some equine beauty. She made a paper horse that seemed simple enough to replicate.
But no.
These kids… struggled. Adorably!
While one of the children created a project that resembled the teacher’s, pretty much every other student created what looked like a hilarious, amazing, equine alien.

1. This little dude wasn’t too far off. The red eyes kind of scare me, though.
2. This student got creative with the hairstyle. And who needs ears?

5. This artist was really thinking out of the box with this cat/human/horse piece. Incredible.
Props to this art teacher for giving these students the supplies and skills to create some pretty amazing representations of horses. They may not be accurate horses… but they’re certainly incredible!
