Eating is one of life’s greatest joys. But reaching the point of hunger where everything is annoying and you simply can’t get fed quickly enough? Now that is the worst. While we all have times when a delayed meal makes us a bit grumpy, there are those of us who are more prone to getting “hangry” than others — a combo of hungry and angry, for those who don’t know.

This is something, it seems, that Kyndall already knew about herself. Still, she wasn’t able to truly understand the difference in her attitude before and after eating… until now. It seems that, one day, her husband took note of Kyndall being upset just before eating. So, he took the opportunity to capture the moment on camera. See the hilarious results in the video below!

I’d leave me

As Adam’s clip shows, Kyndall was not in a good mood before they ate. This was clear in a number of ways, her facial expressions and tone of voice included. This oh-so relatable moment is immediately followed by another, and the stark contrast is amazing. Kyndall isn’t even finished eating and she’s already so happy, she’s doing a dance!

In no time, Kyndall’s video went viral — and it’s not difficult to understand why. There are many hangry prone people in the world, and this video is the perfect, hilarious reminder of that fact.

This Woman’s Attitude Before and After Eating is Hilariously Relatable

“The little dancy dance is the attitude leaving our [body],” someone cleverly points out in reply to Kyndall’s video, with another person adding, “The attitude is what happens when you don’t feed the gremlin. I don’t make the rules.”

“This is every single one of us,” a third person writes. “If I say I’m hungry, you have roughly 35 minutes before the hangry beast takes over.”
