We’re not quite sure how to describe the noises this baby wombat made while battling the hiccups. They were definitely softer and quieter than you’d expect! You’ll just have to listen for yourself in the video below.
“Have you ever seen a baby wombat with hiccups?” Dr. Warren asked in the clip.
In her caption, the vet explained that she’d been hanging out with this sweet creature while visiting the Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. Apparently, the animal is temporarily under their supervision.
“Jenny the wombat is currently in their care and will be released back into the wild in a few months,” she wrote.
That’s great news!
