Have you ever hugged a dog who was bigger than you? If not, you’re missing out — just ask this vet who got to snuggle an enormous Newfoundland! In an adorable video on social media, Ari Alvarez-Tostado caught some hilarious footage of her dog getting some love during a visit to the vet’s office. When this large pooch stood up on his back legs, he absolutely towered over the doctor. However, the woman didn’t seem to mind being engulfed by the furry animal at all!

This huge Newfoundland’s name is Kuzco, and, unlike most other dogs, he apparently enjoys going to the vet. That’s probably because he gets so much affection when he’s there! Judging by Ari’s video, the vet also loves it when Kuzco comes in for a visit. This woman looked totally blissful while hugging the pooch as though he were a giant teddy bear. We’re honestly a little jealous!
“When we say we love the vet we’re not joking,” Ari wrote in the caption of her post.
In the comments section, the dog owner added that Kuzco doesn’t quite realize what a massive pooch he really is.
“But in true gentle giant he doesn’t know how big he is,” she wrote.
