Cooper Owens DDS is a family and cosmetic dental office in Geneva, Ohio. All the employees have that graceful Midwestern charm. Going to the dentist is usually not fun, but the staff are all expert-level pranksters. If you have that many people amassed in one dentist office when April Fool’s Day hits, there will be pranks.

First up is Sue, the practice manager. Her task was to prank the dentist, so she tied all his gloves together. Once she had about ten gloves tied, she carefully pushed them back into the box. As the day wore on, the string of gloves moved around the office as “the prank that just kept pranking.”

We’re unsure who supplied the contraband, but the dental hygienist got a chocolatey surprise. A prankster talked a patient into eating an Oreo before sitting in the chair. The look on the technician’s face when the patient opened wide is priceless.

Everyone on the staff finds humor in the small things and has lots of laughs at work. Their joyful attitudes, laughs, and camaraderie turn a decent job into a great joy. The jovial atmosphere can help ease skittish patients, especially younger ones.

This Dentist’s Office Does A Prank Every Day!

April Fool’s Day pranks are a fun way to have a few laughs. In the dentist’s office, the pranks keep coming and aren’t limited to April 1. Someone wallpapered an office with Post-It Notes in a wide range of colors. One year, the boss got an office full of Christmas gifts. Employees wrapped his entire office in gift paper.

When a new person is hired, they learn quickly about office pranks. Staff tried to tell one new person that they said the Pledge of Allegiance daily, and it was mandatory, but she flipped the script on them. She stormed out of the office and returned moments later, telling them she felt they had violated her rights. The room got quiet before she could get further, and they had to fess up about their prank. Score one for the new hire. She’s going to fit right in.

If you’re a patient, you may be on the receiving end of a prank. They swear an oath to leave no person unpranked. Enjoying your job makes going to work easier.
