In the video, Flip the border collie puppy rounded up a group of livestock with astounding expertise. He seemed to know exactly how to show these sheep that he was in charge! Within moments, the animals were making a beeline for their enclosure, the tiny dog at their heels. Farmers seemed truly impressed with the little guy!

“Attaboy,” one man said approvingly.

Commenters were also blown away by this miniscule border collie puppy’s sheep-herding talents.

“He is an ELITE employee,” one person wrote.

Another added, “I think he deserves a promotion.”

Other users joked that their own border collies would never be able to hold their own against that puppy.

“My border collie just told me not to get any ideas,” someone joked.

“Meanwhile my border collie gets her foot stuck in her own fur,” another said.

This border collie puppy doesn’t always work alone.

Another skill that Flip has in his herding arsenal is teamwork! This border collie puppy knows how to work with other dogs in order to get all the sheep where they need to be. Farmers shared another adorable video of the little guy at his job, this time collaborating with a second pooch, Ruger. Together, these two were able to keep an even larger group of sheep in line.

“Flip & Ruger doing what they love,” read the social media post’s caption.

What a talented pair of pups! We hope they got lots of treats after work.
