Will Moseley just dropped a cover of Chris Stapleton’s Whiskey And You, and it reminds us why fans fell in love with him on American Idol.
Will has easily moved into a successful country music career since American Idol named him Season 22’s runner-up champion. In the weeks that followed the May 19th finale, he released a charting single and opened for Zac Brown. Along the way, he’s also stayed busy by recording originals and covers and sharing them on his social media pages.
His most recent release is an acoustic cover of Chris Stapleton’s 2015 hit. Will Moseley has chosen to sing Chris’ songs several times in the past because the two share a similarly raspy, southern voice, and Will tends to nail his work. This cover is no different.
