No one can say that Arby’s marketing is anything but brilliant. The fast food chain makes sure its customers know they have the meats. And now, they want them to know that another cult favorite it back. Arby’s announced the return of potato cakes to the menu on social media with a brilliant twist. Fans can now get their hands on the crispy potato goodness. They also have recourse against Arby’s if they remove them from the many again. They’ve created a “pre-class action” lawsuit plan that allows the customers to sign up for a payout if the potato cakes disappear. Arby’s “will pay out $1 million worth of Arby’s food to be split amongst the signees.”

Arby’s Shared The New Menu Info On Instagram
We see the potato cakes along with the caption, “Arby’s Potato Cakes are permanently back at Arby’s. But if Arby’s removes Potato Cakes from the menu, you and your loved ones may be entitled to a settlement. Join the Arby’s Potato Cakes Pre-Class Action Lawsuit today. Sign up at link in bio.”
The lawsuit reads, “The Plaintiff (Arby’s) will file a pre-lawsuit lawsuit against The Defendant (Arby’s) on behalf of those harmed emotionally and hungrily should Arby’s remove Potato Cakes (they’re really good) from the menu. Wherein a future pre-class action lawsuit will allege the world’s greatest restaurant (Arby’s), purveyor of the greatest side in fast food (the Potato Cake) will have caused extreme emotional hunger and distress and made hope inducing, then dashing false statements about the backness of Potato Cakes (seriously they’re so good) in the event the Plaintiff and Defendant (Arby’s) removes Potato Cakes (you get it, they’re good) from the menu prior to December 31, 2026.”
Fans can’t wait. One wrote about the menu on Arby’s Instagram, “Justice has rightfully been served today, in the form of crispy golden triangles of joy.”
This fan joked, “Hummm…maybe I should take you all to court for the onion petals and the Chicken Caesar Sandwich and you refuse to bring back!”
Potato cakes were enough for this fan, ” Okay, fine. I’ll have Arby’s for dinner.”
