Marina Somma is a Florida native born and raised. She runs a small nonprofit animal education program called Dark Wings Wildlife. Her primary goals for her non-profit and for her writing are to inspire a passion for the individual animal, the species as a whole, and the conservation of its habitat. She also has a small obsession with Halloween and typically begins decorating no later than September.
