Marty Townsend is a Detroit native who recently returned to the Detroit metro region. Marty has been a writer all her life, but has only been in the paid writer category since 2012. Among her favorite activities are camping, softball, hiking (pretty much anything outdoors), and running. An avid cook and baker, Marty will feed anyone that crosses her path, whether they're hungry or not. She enjoys writing about any topic, but relishes assignments within her areas of interest.
