Baby Ellianna hasn’t been able to hear at all… until now!

Her mom, Alison Potts, was born with a genetic hearing disorder called Waardenburg syndrome. She then passed it on to three of her eight children, including her youngest daughter Ellianna.
When it finally came time to put in the 3-month-old baby’s first pair of hearing aids, everyone was so excited – except for Ellianna. She clearly didn’t enjoy having something put inside her ears, so she cried and fussed… until her mom’s voice caught her attention.
