Every single year, millions of baseball fans gather to cheer on their team. That means that the players can expect thousands of people at each game. And yet, despite how many fans can be found in these massive stadiums, Taylor Walls never fails to spot his daughter. As the shortstop for the Tampa Bay Rays, this Major League player has quite the busy schedule.

Even still, his wife Hallie Walls does everything she can to ensure their two little ones can see Dad do what he does best. In fact, this is something their oldest, Sutton, has been doing practically since the day she was born! Over time, Taylor and Sutton have developed a routine – every game she’s at, she yells out for Dad. And, in return, he “says” hello right back. Check out a compilation of these sweet moments in the video below!

If you’ve ever been to a baseball game yourself, you understand just how long it can get. Even this video gives us an idea of how difficult it can be to get heard over all the excitement and noise. Still, despite the noise and great distance, Taylor always manages to spot his little girl.

Without Fail, Taylor Walls Spots His Daughter in the Stadium at Every Single One of His Baseball Games

“So just the first two weeks [Sutton] was alive: She was born in Tampa, then she went to Virginia, then Virginia to Durham. Then, about a week and a half later, from Durham to St. Pete when I got called up,” Taylor once recalled in a post for the MLB. “She got the baseball travel life down in a hurry.”

Needless to say, Taylor greatly appreciates getting the chance to share his love of baseball with his daughter. And it’s one he hopes they’ll have for many years to come.

“Hopefully, I can create memories with her as she’s watching me play or traveling to different cities,” he shares. “Hopefully, those are things that she’ll be able to remember when she grows up, and we’ll have those memories together.”
