April 22 was a sad day for Lar Park Lincoln fans. The actress passed away at age 63. Lar got her big break in Hollywood in the 1988 film Friday the 13th Part VII. Lar Park Lincoln went on to star in Knots Landing and spent nearly two decades as a host on QVC. Additionally, she spent years working with aspiring actors in Dallas and founded the Actors Audition Studios. Her company shared the news of her death on Facebook.

Over her 45-year career, Lar left an unforgettable mark on Hollywood through her dynamic performances and dedication to mentoring aspiring actors,” the post reads.
Lar Park Lincoln Played a Devious Character on “Knots Landing“
Knots Landing was one of the hottest primetime soap operas of its time, and Lar Park Lincoln played the conniving Linda Fairgate. Fans loved to hate her character, who met a sinister end when her lover slashed her throat. Of course, she played multiple other characters during her career, but Linda will always be one fans can’t forget.
Per a Facebook post, “The family requests privacy during this time and is grateful for the outpouring of love over Lar’s four-decade career. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The SAG-AFTRA Foundation or The Entertainment Community Fund.”
Many shared kind words for the Knots Landing star and Lar Park Lincoln’s family.
“Heartbroken to hear this. Loved working with her, she taught me so much. Please pass my condolences along to the family,” a fan wrote.

While Lar Park Lincoln battled breast cancer in the past, her cause of death remains undisclosed.
