Bobby was wandering around downtown Rome, New York when he was stopped by police officer Aaron Page. The duo spoke for a moment before the homeless man mentioned the one thing he really needed. It wasn’t money, or even a place to stay… Bobby just wanted a hot shower and a haircut.

Touched by the homeless man’s simple need, Officer Page asked Bobby to come back to the station with him… but not for the reason you’d expect. Officer Page simply wanted to give Bobby the transformation he so desperately needed.
Inside Edition
Several officers from the Rome police force teamed up with Officer Page to help give Bobby a shave, haircut and change of clothes. After his transformation, Bobby felt like a new man.
