The big game is just days away, and commercials have already begun dropping online. The Super Bowl and Budweiser go together like, well, beer and football. Historically, the brewer has had some of the best ads during the game. From funny to heart-warming to downright tear-jerking, Anheuser-Busch knows how to get customers right in the feelings. Their flagship Budweiser is known as the “King of Beers,” and that king is synonymous with the Clydesdales. The horses often appear in AB’s advertising, and this year is no different. This time, it’s a foal who steals the show.

Budweiser Calls The Super Bowl Ad “First Delivery”
In the spot, we see a foal who’s just too small to join the older Clydesdales on a beer run to town. He looks about as disappointed as he can be when he sees a Budweiser keg roll off the wagon. No one else seems to notice, but the foal takes the opportunity to save the day. The foal and that keg go on quite an adventure.
The Budweiser Super Bowl video quickly amassed more than 730,000 views on YouTube. People love those darn Clydesdales.
A fan wrote “I’m getting too old for this, folks. I cried ALL the way through this. I found it SO touching… the little guy with a big mission. Awesome!”
Another added, “The Clydesdales are always a must to watch. They’re so Beautiful. Thanks, Budweiser, for another great commercial.”
Plenty of people watched it over and over. “This is a genius commercial. I can’t quit watching it. Not only is the little horse cute as a button, but the script is amazing. Him puzzled at which fork to take, his little whinny when it goes over the falls. It’s all perfection!”
We won’t ruin it, but we promise that if you love a good Budweiser Super Bowl ad, this bud’s for you.
