Chiefs Star Patrick Mahomes Shows Off Fresh New Look & Fans Dig It

It’s a new year a new style for Patrick Mahomes. Fresh off a devastating loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX, Patrick might have needed a change. The quarterback is consistent with his playing, his attitude, and his hairstyle. But it’s 2025, and Patrick decided to go big. He hacked off his signature long curls on the top of his head for a sleeker look. We can’t say we blame him. As a father of three, Patrick doesn’t have time to worry about his hair when there are diapers to change and bottles to make. Plus, playing with the older kids, we get exhausted just thinking about it. Patrick’s new style made the rounds on social media, and fans love what they see.

Well, not on his own Instagram, that is. But fans who caught the pic of his shorter coif, made sure to share it for him. The X account @chiefsblitz shared the pic with the caption, “Better look at QB1’s new cut!” Patrick was all smiles with a pair of dark shades and a black polo.

Not surprisingly, Patrick Mahomes fans loved seeing him with a different style for a change.

This person felt like the change was a long time coming. “He’s been wanting to get rid of the hawk since the second kid right?”

And this fan, though Patrick, looks sharp. “He looks straight out of the 90s here! I’m ready for greatness!!”

So did this one, “I love it. 10/10 It looks real good.”

Of course, there were haters who, would like Patrick Mahomes, to always look the same.

Someone wrote, “I don’t like it. Bring Back The Old Cut. We Ain’t Done Yet! Go Chiefs!!!”

Another agreed, “Looks like a kid wearing his dads clothes.”
