Chris Martin may be a Grammy-winning superstar, but he’s also a dad with “eyes in the back of his head,” which was a blessing for a little boy at a recent concert in Australia.

Coldplay was playing in Syndey on November 7th when the frontman noticed a boy being “squeezed” by the crowd. Chris was worried the boy would get hurt or miss the show, so he paused his set to help.
In a TikTok video, the singer spoke to the child and said, “You can sit right here, okay?” as he pointed to a stage-side spot. “You don’t have to be squeezed.”
Chris Martin called out to someone, who appeared to be a security guard, and asked for help.
“You don’t have to be squished by all these adults,” he continued as he crouched to better see the boy in trouble.
The apparent security guard then lifted the boy over a fence and away from audience members.
“You sit right there,” Chris added with a smile before asking if he needed something to drink.
“We’ll take care of you, man,” he shouted as he ran back to his band.
Fans Praise Chris Martin For Helping The Little Boy Mid-Concert
The singer’s kind gesture made the crowd roar. After a video of the interaction went viral, more fans cheered.
“This was the best part of the night!” gushed a fellow concertgoer.
Other commenters called Chris Martin “a class act,” “wonderful,” and “beautiful.”
Another fan noted that Chris has a history of kindness and remembered how he reacted to the near-attack in Vienna over the summer.
“Omg, this man! Never been into Coldplay until watching what he did for the Swifties in Vienna (played TS songs after shows canx for Terr***t threat),” they wrote. “What a gem he is.”
