Supermodel Christie Brinkley lives in a home fit for a queen. The uptown girl, 71, purchased her home in Sag Harbor decades ago and turned it into something straight out of a fairytale. Caleb Simpson visited Christie Brinkley’s house in 2023, and the video tour went viral on TikTok recently. Caleb asks people how much they pay for rent. In Christie’s case, it’s nothing.

“Oh, I don’t rent, I actually own a home here,” she says on TikTok. “I’ve lived here for 24 years; it’s the longest I’ve ever lived in any place in my life.”
Christie then takes Caleb on a tour of her land and home, and the $30 million property is positively gorgeous. The lush greenery surrounds the house where she raises chickens and nurses a 270-year-old bonsai tree.
“This house is really old, it was built by the Gardiner family in 1891. Mrs. Gardiner, like me, loved shells and rocks, and she did the fireplace in the living room,” Christie tells Caleb. “So when I was renovating this house, I thought ‘then I should do the fireplace in the kitchen.'”

Christie Brinkley Made The House A Home
Inside, it’s expertly decorated but loaded with personal touches. She has framed artwork on the walls from her children, Alexa Ray, 39, Jack Paris, 29, and Sailor Lee, 26.
The home also has a tower where Christie can look over her palatial space and feel like a queen.
