When you think of a reptile, you probably don’t think “cute.” However, reptiles can absolutely look precious and do adorable things you’d never expect! These animals often get vilified, but these five reptiles are here to show you just how wonderful they can be!

Without further ado, here are five cute reptiles to make you a believer!
1. Back Scratches Are Universal
Did you know that turtles and tortoises can feel through their shell? That means that they can feel back scratches, and almost all universally enjoy them! Many turtle and tortoise owners build back-scratchers out of brushes for their scaly friends.
2. We All Get Cases Of The Mondays
We love things more when we can relate to them, and anyone who has ever had a case of the Mondays will relate to this! And if not… hey, you have to laugh at this one!
3. What A Distinguished Gentleman!
Snakes are tough for a lot of people, but I don’t think you can look at this little one without smiling. I mean, he’s wearing an adorable little top hat. It doesn’t get cuter than that!
4. The Precious Little Yawn!
This is another one that I think is great for people who aren’t so sure about snakes. Because sure, snakes can be scary, but a teeny tiny little snake with a cute upturned nose? Now, that’s an undeniably cute reptile. And then it yawns?! You have to see how adorable that is!
5. The Morning Yawn And Stretch Is So Relatable
Another one that will get you with the yawn! This little tortoise is cute enough standing there eating and just being small and adorable. But the little yawn and morning stretch? I feel you little one! I’m not ready to wake up either!
Hopefully, these cute videos helped you see reptiles in a new light! Reptiles aren’t mindless, cold-blood creatures (though that bearded dragon might be a few crayons short of a full box) they are individuals with their own personalities and can be quite cute!
