Instead of stopping for ordinary rests during their hikes, this dad and his daughters take “silly dance breaks!” Mike posted some hilarious footage of the goofy choreography one of his girls made up during a 14-mile walk. Dad did his best to follow the child’s lead as she busted out her best moves. Watching these two pause for dance breaks at various points along the scenic hiking trail is way too cute!

“This is the third year I’ve done this with my daughters, and they think it’s so funny,” Mike wrote in the caption of his video. “I think it’s a great way to build in a break and keep morale high! For this hike we stopped every half mile to do a little dance.”

He added, “Yes, it takes a few extra seconds to set up a camera. No, you absolutely don’t have to if it’s not your thing. Yes, my girls love watching the videos after.”
