As the United States shifts toward a healthier lifestyle, daily walks have become a part of the routine for many adults. TikTok user Feathered Sun takes a daily walk and has noticed a peculiar phenomenon in her neighborhood. She is joined on her walks by a cat named Sven, who approaches her as if they are old friends. This random cat runs up to Feathered Sun eagerly, looking for a few pets and companionship for a few moments.

Feathered Sun is young and recently celebrated her 21st birthday. She has a broad vision for the world. When she blew out the candles on her birthday cake, her wish reflected values not typically seen in someone her age. She wished for peace, health, and unity for her family, friends, and strangers. She also included a plug for warm blankets and homes for every stray animal.

Sven isn’t the only random cat that catches Feathered Sun on her daily sojourn. In a separate video, she interacts with a black cat that also seeks her attention. The black cat weaves in and out of her path, meowing for pets. He hinders her pace a bit, and she (jokingly) begs him, “Let me go home!”

The verdict is still out on whether a black cat crossing your path is good or bad luck. It depends on who you ask and their belief system. Aside from the potential trip hazard, this random black cat doesn’t seem to pose any threat. Feathered Sun appears to have a soft spot for all animals, and the neighborhood cats sense that. They approach her with no fear, looking for a short interaction, and one day, she will start carrying treats like a responsible adult.
