And when it comes to parenting, Lexington, Kentucky, native Acers Gill has his awesome dad skills down to a science. If you don’t believe us, just look at what Acers did for his two-year-old daughter during her winter dance recital.

Acers was at the Kiddie Kapers & Company Dance Program recital, held at the Norsworthy Auditorium, to support his young daughter. Although the teacher was just offstage to guide the young dancers, the little girl mostly looked to her dad for tips.
Luckily, he knew the entire routine by heart!

Acers is amazed by all the attention he’s received since the Facebook video of him went viral, “I don’t even know what to think about it because for me, anyone who knows me knows that’s just me being me, being a parent. I do that daily. That’s nothing unusual.â€
Acers hopes that the cute moment will inspire other parents to be just as supportive of their kids. “Maybe [this video is] a blessing within itself for the male figures and father figures out there.â€

The devoted dad also received props from the dance company! They posted the video on their Facebook page with the caption, “Rock On Dancer Dad!” To see the full video of Acers and his daughter, watch below.
