One mom caught the adorable moment her baby daughter tried to wink at her, and the footage is too cute! Lauren Wassell shared the sweet video on social media, where it’s received over three million views. It’s hard to tell if the little girl actually executed a full wink, but it doesn’t really matter. Her facial expression during the attempt was absolutely precious!
In the clip, Mom was taking her daughter, Harper, to buy some new shoes. Lauren filmed the little girl looking around the store and admiring the footwear on display. At one point, the baby turned around to face her mother and gave the woman a cheeky wink!
This wasn’t just any wink, either. Harper put so much of her hilarious personality into the gesture, you could tell what she was going for even though she couldn’t quite figure out how to close just one eye. Her mom was totally surprised!
“Did she just wink at me?” Lauren wrote in her video.

Of course, this video of baby Harper winking at her mom is a couple years old. Since then, she’s grown up into an amazing little girl. She’s also become a wonderful big sister to the new baby of the family, Noah. Mom has captured some truly sweet footage of the older sibling doting on her brother!
It’s amazing how time flies when you’re a parent, isn’t it? One minute your baby is still learning how to wink properly, the next she’s taking care of her little brother like a pro.
