The animatronic dinosaurs are part of the crew at Ed’s Dinosaurs Live. Ed started his business in 2011 by doing birthday parties with one homemade dinosaur, a few balloons, and determination. Since then, Ed’s menagerie has increased to include 12 life-size animatronic dinosaurs. Baby T is Ed’s pride and joy. The tiny dino helps young children overcome fears before the big dinos come out to play.

Some of the other dinosaurs include Ruby, a full-size female adult T-Rex who also happens to be Baby T’s mom. Dakota is a Dakotaraptor, a close relative of the Velociraptor, hailing from the Dakota Territories. Verda is a Triceratops who loves children. Don’t worry; she is an herbivore who only eats plants. Verda’s name means “True” in Spanish, and she is a true friend to children. Baby Stegosaurus Quon has a tiny brain, but that doesn’t stop her from enjoying life. Her name means “Bright One” in Chinese.

Ed and his crew of dinosaur handlers travel the country with their animatronic herd. When these dinosaurs perform at baseball games, the games always sell out quickly. Check the team near you to see when Dinosaur Day is, and get your tickets early! An unforgettable interactive adventure awaits.

You’ll see and touch dinosaurs, watch a dinosaur egg hatch, and learn about these amazing animals from the past. Organizational planners can contact Ed’s Dinosaurs Live to find out how to bring live dinosaurs to any event.

Please share if you still have a favorite dinosaur!
