How does your pet feel about stairs? While some may be indifferent, many of our four-legged friends have a rather complicated relationship with this method of getting from one destination to another. For some, stairs are associated with a place of rest and comfort. Well, at least that applies to one particular set of stairs for a puppy named Juno. Then there’s Mila. She couldn’t relate to Juno less.

When the video below was recorded, she and her human mom hadn’t been living in their new place for long. So, there was still a lot for her to get used to, including the fact that they’re on the third floor of their building. But being on the third floor in and of itself isn’t the problem. The real issue for Mila is that an elevator simply isn’t an option. This leaves the two of them going up and down three flights of stairs every time they go out. Mila is not pleased, to say the least.
@rotti.mila It’s an constant battle everyday 🙄

In fact, Mila has been so stubborn, her owner simply had to capture it on camera. So, in the video above, we see just how determined this adorable pup is to not go down those stairs. Mom even tries to bribe Mila, offering her some of the things she loves most in life. But, at the end of the day, nothing can convince Mila to move a single inch toward those stairs.
While this is certainly a pain for Mom to deal with every single day (she calls it a “constant battle”), we have to admit… it’s pretty funny for the rest of us.

“I need to learn how to stand on business like Mila,” someone admits in reply to this hilarious video, with another person adding, “I was on your side until ‘Mila, it’s just 3 flights of stairs’ girl what LOL.”
“You exposed Mila to finer things of life,” a third person points out. “My girl does not wanna go backwards, those stairs are beneath her.”
