Play With Me, Human! Dog Brings Favorite Toy To Newborn
This adorable dog was so excited to welcome his new playmate. He runs and grabs his favorite toy, which appears to be a stuffed sheep or cow, and places it on the baby’s chair. The toy falls and the dog gently picks it up and places it back on the newborn’s chair. He then looks on with hopeful eyes.
When the newborn doesn’t immediately respond by throwing it, the dog thinks to help her out. He adorably nudges it with his nose, demonstrating that she should grab it. He continues to boop the toy and look at the newborn, full of anticipation for a game of fetch. When the newborn’s only response is to cry, the dog steps back and appears confused.
Why Don’t You Play Fetch?
After the dog brings his favorite toy to the newborn, and she doesn’t react the way he expects, he is dumbfounded. His mom laughs from behind the camera at his quizzical expression and little head tilts. She goes on to explain to him, ” She can’t throw that to you yet buddy, she is too little.” Finally having his presence acknowledged, he turns toward Mom and begins to wag his tail.
It seems like he understood the message because he races to the newborn’s chair and removes the toy, only to happily bring it over to Mom, who is now expected to play fetch with him. If you are looking for something to make you smile be sure to watch this Tik Tok video.
