Drone Captures Once-In-A-Lifetime Shot Of Snowboarder In Wild Clip

View from afar of a snowboarder soaring through the air, upside down. The sun shines brightly behind him. Snow-covered hills are below.

We are endlessly fascinated by the breathtaking views that drones are able to capture — like a close-up shot of an erupting volcano. Sebastian Schieren is very familiar with what drones are capable of doing. This talented adventurer shares all sorts of incredible footage on his social media pages, many of which were taken by drones.

Although he is incredible at what he does, not long ago, Sebastian came up with an idea that even he felt challenged by. The challenge? To fly a drone through someone’s legs as they rode a snowboard. More specifically, this person would be soaring through the air! Needless to say, getting the perfect shot took a lot of trial and error. But before we get into that, let’s see the stunning results, shall we?

Drone Narrowly Threads the Moving Needle Between This Man’s Legs and His Snowboard

Whoa! That drone does not have much space to fly through, especially without hitting the snowboarder himself. But with enough attempts, Sebastian is able to thread the moving needle perfectly! Speaking of which, to get this result, there were quite a few crashes… you can catch a glimpse of this process in the video below.

“My hardest drone shot ever!” Sebastian writes in the caption of his video. “Yes, I crashed a lot before we finally nailed it.”

Sebastian and his snowboarding friend‘s dedication to getting this tricky drone shot is incredible! Sure, it seems there was at least one drone casualty in the process, but it was more than worth it for that result!

“I think I’ve watched this 300 times and the entire time my jaw was dropped. Seriously well done,” someone admits in the comments, with another adding, “This is the most epic shot I’ve ever seen.”
