The “Duck Dynasty” Family Continues To Grow!

Robertson Engagement

The Robertson family has had its share of heartache recently with patriarch Phil Robertson’s declining health. So, when they had the opportunity to spread joyful news, the family took full advantage. Missy Robertson, wife of Jase, posted a very exciting update to Instagram on March 22, following her son’s engagement. Missy wrote, “Our family may look a little bigger because that’s exactly what is about to happen! Congratulations to @thecolerobertson and @emilynhamn on their engagement this past weekend!”

The Robertson Family Relies Heavily On Faith, And This Engagement Was No Different

Missy Robertson continued to bless the engagement, “What an incredible achievement to watch our grown son choose a mate who encourages him, respects him, and points him daily to Jesus. As a parent, this is what @realjaseduckman and I have prayed for since our little Cole-Man was born. We are so excited to add this precious girl to our family! We love you both so much!”

Missy then shared several photos of Cole and Emily and what looks to have been a very special party for the newly engaged couple. Seeing Missy and Jase so excited about their son’s engagement made many of the Robertson family’s fans happy.

One person wrote, “There is nothing that Christian parents want more for their children than for them to find a mate that loves Jesus! Many blessings to Cole & Emily.”

Emily expressed her gratitude to her future mother-in-law: “I love this family so much and am so thankful to be joining it!! I am so lucky! Thank you, Lord.”

Another fan wrote, “Congratulations! And how blessed is she to know her in-laws love her like their own.”

This fan hopes the Robertson family will somehow work the engagement into their new show: “Make this part of the new show.”

We’ll have to wait and see. Congratulations to the happy couple, and many blessings ahead.
