Cole is the definition of a good boy. This adorable pit bull, who is deaf, has been through quite a lot in his life. After struggling for far too long to find a home, he was finally welcomed with open arms by a public school music teacher, Chris Hannah. Best of all, Cole isn’t just loved by his owner alone. On the contrary, he has a whole school full of people who adore him!

That’s because Cole works at Chris’ school, too — as a therapy dog! He’s able to show the students here the love, care, and comfort they deserve. So, when this deaf dog’s 8th birthday arrived, everyone was more than happy to go all out to celebrate!

How does one mark such a momentous occasion? For starters, Cole was paraded around the school, cheers and endless pets following him wherever he went. He ate lots of yummy food, including a burger.
