Eras Tour Employee Reveals Yet Another Staggering Bonus From Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour ended more than a month ago, but it’s still on the minds and hearts of millions. Some who experienced the once-in-a-lifetime Eras Tour say it changed them forever. And that’s not just the concertgoers. Those dedicated enough to be part of Taylor’s staff worked very hard for the billionaire songstress, and she didn’t take any of them for granted. As a matter of fact, Taylor Swift reportedly rewarded staff members handsomely with a bonus that was more than many people’s annual salaries. Once such staff member revealed just how important Taylor made them all feel during the Eras Tour.

The note went viral after @TSUpdating posted it on X. The staff member, Robert, received the note and his bonus on February 23, 2023. The handwritten note from Taylor reads, “Robert, Thank you for your superb work on the U.S. leg of The Eras Tour!! Your well-deserved bonus is $100,000. Love, Taylor.”

It was yet another first-class move from Tay and, of course, her fans loved seeing it.

One wrote, “That’s so awesome. They deserved it.”

This person understands that taking care of employees means loyalty, “A $100,000 BONUS?! I bet she has zero employee turnovers!”

A fan agreed, “And THIS is why I love her as a person she truly deserves the fame and recognition she gets

Taylor’s kindness is why many fans love her, “that’s actually so amazing cause 100k would lowkey change my life i love you taylor.”

Some think other business owners should take Taylor Swift’s lead in the bonus department.

“Taylor’s generous giving heart makes me happy for her employees. She gives so much & it comes back to her x2. We need more Taylors in corporate America,” someone wrote.
