Blake Shelton is one of the good ones who loves his hometown. He and wife, Gwen Stefani, live on the sprawling Ten Point Ranch near Tishomingo, Oklahoma. There, they are one with animals, nature, and their family. But Blake didn’t grow up with a silver spoon. He came from more humble beginnings in his hometown of Ada, about 45 minutes away. Blake’s proud of being from Oklahoma and decided to do something big for the small town.

Blake Shelton Recently Teamed Up With Music Will To Visit His Hometown

He shared a video on Instagram of the incredible experience. Blake surprised students at Ada High School in his hometown to let them in on a little secret. With the help of Music Will, the students can now pursue their passion in music.

Blake wrote on Instagram, “Honored to have teamed up with @musicwill and go back to my hometown and high school to surprise the kids with some brand new instruments and equipment. Music is so important and it’s really special getting to be part of this and help give the kids this opportunity. Thank you MusicWill!!! Go Ada!!!”

He said that music is important for everyone, but “especially the kids.” Blake thanked Music Will for the chance to give back to his hometown and inspire a new generation of musicians.

Blake’s fans loved the sweet gesture.
