When you call 3rd Alarm Pizza, they roll up in a fully restored fire truck to make fresh pizza onsite at any event. Based in Revere, Massachusetts, on the North Shore, the pizza company offers the opportunity to upscale any gathering.
The dream began because Kevin always wanted to be a firefighter when he grew up. He succeeded in that dream in 2009. Cooking was a hobby, and he enjoyed cooking for the fire crew. At some point, he realized that he could satisfy both passions with a creative endeavor that became 3rd Alarm Pizza. Kevin restored the 1968 Mack fire truck, adding the pizza oven, and the rest is history.
The food truck specializes in wood-fired pizza but provides a full-catered menu for any gathering. Onsite chefs prepare everything in the specialty oven, including chicken wings, stuffed peppers, and pizzas. The truck also provides salads and antipasto platters. And no meal is complete without dessert, so they also make a S’mores pizza after dinner!
