The fact that each love note looks like a kidnapper’s ransom note makes them alarming. The messages are primarily sweet and come from song lyrics and other sources. The original notes are on different paper types and even a used paper bag. Sarah seems like a crafty girl who believes in getting the most out of everything. Her creativity is refreshing.

Sarah likes cryptids and has created several pages containing information about her favorites. The pages look like scrapbook pages but have info about Nessie, Bigfoot, and the Dover Demon. Sarah has compiled these pages into “The Cryptid Encyclopedia Volume I.” She calls this her “junk journal series” because it is made from reclaimed materials.

Her cryptid pages offer background information on the monsters. Sarah created an information mini-book using different fonts, printing, and images.
