Maddie shared her list on TikTok in January, and it went viral in January with nearly 8 million views. It wasn’t long before Gordon spotted it. When he did, he pulled out all the stops to ensure she had the experience of a lifetime.
“Thank you for that video,” he said in a video response. “And of course, I’d love to see you and meet in person — but not just any ‘Hello, Goodbye.'”
Gordon Ramsay booked Maddie and her girlfriend a flight to Miami so they could dine at his Hell’s Kitchen restaurant. The next night, they were his VIP guests for the opening of his new restaurant in South Beach named Lucky Cat.
The opening was a star-studded affair with celebrity guests like Cuba Gooding Jr. and Gloria Estefan.
Gordon Ramsay posted a new video that highlights his time with Maddie. It shows her with happy tears as the two hold hands. It also shows them dancing in Hell’s Kitchen and gives footage of Maddie posing for pictures at the grand opening.
“I hope you had the best time @madison in Miami!” Gordon wrote in the caption. “It was such an honor for you to be my VVIP last night at #LuckyCat! Thx to everyone on TikTok too for helping making sure these dreams come true Gx.”
“THE MOST SPECIAL NIGHT OF MY LIFE,” Maddie shared in the captions. “SO BEAUTIFUL; SO AMAZING. SO MUCH LOVE FOR ALL OF THE GORDON FAMILY. thank you.😭.”
Maddie also posted her own video from that night that shows her twirling and laughing with Gordon.
“GORDON RAMSAY! The biggest honor and the coolest night of my whole entire life,” she gushed. “And for everyone who made this happen; I love you!”
Gordon signed off by adding, “Thank you for teaching me to dance, it’s the first time ever in a kitchen ❤️.”
