Jimmy Fallon loves to perform, and he loves New York. The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon host sometimes takes his antics onto the city streets but doesn’t let people know it’s him. On the April 8 episode of the show, Jimmy decided to do a little busking inside a subway tunnel with Ed Sheeran. Of course, the men couldn’t just start singing, they had to disguise themselves. The pair sported black wigs and beanies and hid their faces behind black sunglasses. They began singing an acoustic version of Chappell Roan’s Pink Pony Club, and subway riders loved it.

A Large Crowd Formed To Listen To Ed Sheeran and Jimmy Fallon Busking
But the joke was on them. The people singing and dancing in the subway runner had no idea they were enjoying a busking performance by Ed Sheeran and Jimmy Fallon. That is until the host pulled off his disguise and yelled, “I’m Jimmy Fallon. This is Ed Sheeran right now!”
Ed and Jimmy then busted into a version of his new single Azizam. The crowd stuck around and showed the guys just how excited they were to watch them perform. The Tonight Show posted the video on YouTube and fans were so happy to see Ed.
This person shared how Ed Sheeran touched his life. “Ed Sheeran is one of those people who makes me believe there really are good things in this world. Definitely an inspiring guy for other musicians, and I’m sure countless kids have picked up a guitar and started studying music because of him.”
Of course, the song is fire, with or without Ed Sheeran and Jimmy Fallon busking. “Singing ‘Pink Pony Club’ is the easiest way to gather a crowd, song is so popular right now and so many people are covering it as well.”
This person loved watching Ed Sheeran busking with Jimmy Fallon but had one question. That looked like a blast!!!!! INCREDIBLE PROMPTO CONCERT!!!!!… just one question?? How the hell did they get out of there ?!?!?”
