There are countless little ways to express gratitude for the person you love the most. But every once in a while, it’s also important to find bigger ways to surprise them. The area below their staircase served as the perfect spot. But transforming it into a book nook would be no easy task. There was lots of measuring, choosing fabrics, and buying books. To ensure the space was ready in time, and for optimum quality, Michael also got some help from experts. In the end, four days was exactly what he needed. You don’t have to be a bookworm to understand how perfect this book nook turned out. While it’s small, it’s just big enough to feel cozy rather than restricting. Speaking of feeling cozy, all of the soft fabric, digital fireplace, and thoughtful decor also add to the overall vibe. It’s no wonder Sarah found herself at a loss for words and in tears!

To celebrate this new book nook, Sarah started her very own social media page dedicated to her reading journey. How cool is that!?
“It’s not just a nook, not even just a book nook,” someone in the comments points out. “The amount of absolute detail and care with the cushion, decorations, light and new books is absolutely an act of love.”
