This news reporter was out filming coverage of a flood that had caused some damage in Utah County. A four-legged visitor, whom the reporter assumed was a dog, strolled by and turned out to be a mountain lion!

“I think it’s a dog, I’m not sure,” said the reporter as she continued to provide news coverage despite the approaching wild animal.
Because she didn’t know she was in danger, she played it cool, and the animal just strolled on by.
The mountain lion passed her and then walked into the woods behind her. However, they got seriously close to one another!
At the end of the clip, a fellow newscaster encouraged this reporter to ensure it’s a dog and, perhaps, leave the premises.
“Morgan, I hope that’s a dog too,” said this woman’s colleague about the mountain lion. “If not, go get in the truck. He’s freaking out. He doesn’t think it’s a dog.”
This clip has gone viral for its total absurdity.
“Mountain lion knew he was live and on camera, so he kept it cool,” commented one fan, theorizing why there wasn’t an incident.
“The fact that she didn’t react probably saved her life,” said another.
This mountain lion mishap could’ve gone very wrong, but thankfully — it just turned into a silly video!
