The Los Angeles Dodgers Took on The New York Yankees for the title for the first time since 1981. During game five, the game was on the line for the Dodgers, so Kate decided to have a little fun. She recreated a scene from How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days with Matthew McConaughey, but this had a bit of a different ending.

She shared a clip on TikTok captioned “Game 5, bases loaded…” In the clip, she asks her friend over and over to get her a soda. The friend isn’t having it and stays put. The clip is a nod to her character, Andie, asking Matthew’s character, Ben, to grab her a soda during a New York Knicks game. In the movie, Andie gets her soda. At the World Series, her friend lets Kate stay thirsty.
Kate’s fans totally got the How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days joke and loved her delivery.
