It’s hard to believe it’s been nearly a year since Kate Middleton announced her cancer diagnosis. She began treatment for an undisclosed type of cancer in March of 2024. For the next several months, Kate retreated from her royal duties to focus on her treatment, recovery, and overall health. She shared a joyous update in September announcing the end of chemotherapy and her return to a more public life. Since then, Kate has slowly become more active and has shown a desire to support those on a cancer journey. She made an exciting announcement on January 14. Princess Kate and Prince William will now serve as Joint Patrons of the Royal Marsden.
