We all have fears, right? You may be the kind of person who hates heights or the dark. Maybe you are afraid of cats, dogs, or clowns. We probably all know someone who is afraid of the dark. Fear is a natural part of life that every person on the planet deals with. Some fears are arguably more debilitating than others and can cause extreme anxiety. Kevin Bacon recently sat down to talk about his biggest fear, and it’s probably not what you think. No, Kevin doesn’t fear death or the unknown. He isn’t even afraid of flying or boats. In fact, his fear made him laugh.

Kevin Bacon Admitted During An Interview He Was Currently Experiencing His Biggest Fear
Kevin Bacon fears missing his daily nap. And while we might not get a nap daily, we totally understand the fear of one part of our day getting messed up and potentially ruining the whole week.
Kevin called his fear “terrible” and said he’s become so addicted to naps that the thought of not getting his daily 10-minute snooze can cause total chaos in his mind. He laughed at himself, but a lot of people in his comment section on Instagram could totally relate.
He captioned the video, “Not napping is indeed my biggest fear.”
This person agrees with Kevin, “I found one of my people!! TEAM NAP unites!!”
Plenty of people agreed. This person is totally on board. “Oh yes, naps are life. I get it”
As does this one, “Never underestimate a good power nap.”
This fan could totally relate to Kevin Bacon’s fear of missing his nap and has the same problem: “As a 65-year-old lady, I take almost daily naps. I usually lie down for a full hour but nap about 15 minutes of that hour. If I don’t get one, the evening is spoiled.”
