Kids Spot Tim Allen At Hockey Game & Come Up With Perfect Way To Get His Attention

Throughout his career, Tim Allen has starred in a number of popular shows and movies. So, when a kid recognizes the actor in real life, you might assume they know him from something like The Santa Clause or the Toy Story series, in which he voiced Buzz Lightyear. But that wasn’t the case for Kelli Green’s two sons.

Instead, these two kiddos recognized him as Tim Taylor from Home Improvement. Although this show originally aired in the 90s, it’s clear Kelli’s kids have seen reruns. Naturally, they wanted to meet him! But because they spotted him at a hockey game, getting his attention wasn’t easy. So, they had to think outside the box. With a pen and paper, they wrote the perfect message to get his attention… see it for yourself in the video below.

If you’ve ever been a fan of Home Improvement, this note should come as no surprise. “I don’t think so, Tim” was often said by the beloved character Al Borland. He’d often say this in reply to Tim Taylor being his typically ridiculous self. Needless to say, it’s still a fan-favorite catchphrase to this day!

“I LOVE Tim! It’s gotta be a 90s girl thing. I still watch Home Improvement to this day!” someone shares in reply to Kelli’s video, with another person adding, “Tim Allen was all of us 80s kids TV Dad! And don’t get me started on him being our Santa Claus even into our 20s!”
