The 15-year-old has Williams syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that causes learning and developmental issues. People with it tend to be extremely friendly, social, and trusting. But despite her outgoing personality, Kiley sometimes struggles to make new friends. Last year, however, she met two amazing girls at church camp.
While Kiley’s friends live three hours away from her, they make time to call her every day. And for Kiley’s birthday in July, they cooked up the sweetest surprise to help her celebrate!
Watch as Kiley receives the best birthday gift ever in the video below, and share to spread smiles!
