100-Pound Lab Screeches Like A Dinosaur When He Spots Grandpa’s Kitty: Watch

Left image shows a chocolate lab circling a ginger cat trying to be friends. Right image shows the lab sitting politely.

Life as a 100-pound chocolate Labrador retriever can be stressful. When you’re a chocosaurus rex, and everyone is laughing at you, it’s even worse. Then, having to deal with Grandpa’s cat on top of everything else. Ugh… Poor Kai is a chocolate lab, and when he reacts to the mean cat, his family laughs instead of comforting him. It’s a rough existence! You can watch here.

Kai has done his best to be friendly to Grandpa’s cat. At first, he wanted to make friends, but the cat would react negatively anytime the lab got near. After a while, the poor dog just quit trying. Now, when the cat gets near, poor Kai just whines and makes dinosaur sounds to show his fear and displeasure. Sometimes, the rotten cat will lay in a doorway and trap the dog in a room.

When this lab reacts to the ginger cat, he sounds like a dinosaur grumbling.

What makes matters worse is that his mom insists on posting these exchanges on TikTok. Then she called him a chocosaurus rex. We know that chickens are descendants of the tyrannosaurus rex, so is she calling Kai a chicken? He’s uncertain, but her laughing and name-calling is rather hurtful. He appreciates the attention he gets with his online fame, but eventually, he may need therapy.

The lab’s mom has recorded many videos of how he reacts to the cat. The cat is a masterful stalker and knows how to antagonize the lab. Worse still is the way Grandpa reacts to his cat’s misbehavior. He laughs maniacally like he is Gru from “Despicable Me.” Grandpa acts like he orchestrated this whole thing! He was laughing so hard he had tears forming in his eyes!

Grandpa thinks the dinosaur sounds are hilarious.
