There are some movie scenes you just never forget, and Liam Neeson’s famous speech in Taken is one of them. Even though the movie came out over fifteen years ago (has it really been that long?), most of us still know these iconic lines by heart. In fact, you’re probably hearing them in your head as we speak! So, when the actor recreated his memorable monologue from his seat at a hockey game, fans were pretty excited.

In a viral video on social media, a clip from the 2008 thriller appeared on the jumbotron featuring Liam Neeson delivering his unforgettable words. Next, the massive screen cut to the star himself, who happened to be attending the game! Audience members erupted into wild cheers as the actor pretended to deliver the same lines while speaking into his cell phone. He looked deadly serious as he mouthed the threats his character made in the movie!

As the crowd continued to applaud, Liam Neeson flashed a winning smile at his fans before disappearing from the display. Brief though it was, the actor’s cameo on the jumbotron seems to have been a big hit with hockey lovers!

Commenters thought it was fantastic that the celebrity recreated his famous scene for everyone at the game.
